Which stores is MountStudio for?
For Shopify stores that want to sell more and answer customers faster. We started in fashion, where fit and style matter most, and MountStudio works for every store with a catalog.
Which languages does it speak?
It answers customers in their own language, including English, Dutch, German and French.
Can it hand a conversation over to my team?
Yes. Whenever a question needs a person, the conversation goes to your team with a summary, so the customer never has to repeat themselves.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You only pay if you keep using it.
How is my price calculated?
You pay per product. Your tier follows your average monthly sessions over the last three months, read straight from Shopify. More products give a bundle discount, and paying yearly gives you two months free.
What happens if I have more conversations than included?
Nothing stops working. Extra conversations are added in packs of 250, and you'll see it in your dashboard before it happens.
How do I pay?
Monthly, directly with MountStudio, by card or SEPA direct debit. You get an invoice every month and manage your payment details in your dashboard. You can cancel every month.
How long does setup take?
Creating your account, choosing your products and connecting Shopify takes a few minutes. Install it yourself the same day, or book a free session and we install it for you.
Do I need a developer?
No. You switch MountStudio on in the theme editor and place the parts where you want them. Rather not do it yourself? Book a free install session and we do it for you. Colours, position and tone of voice are set in your dashboard.
What about privacy?
Your data stays in the EU and is only used to serve your own customers. Customers can always ask for a person instead of the AI.
