Can it hand a conversation over to my team?
Yes. Whenever a question needs a person, the conversation goes to your team with a summary, so the customer never has to repeat themselves.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You only pay if you keep using it.
How is my price calculated?
You pay per product. Your tier follows your average monthly sessions over the last three months, read straight from Shopify. More products give a bundle discount, and paying yearly gives you two months free.
What happens if I have more conversations than included?
Nothing stops working. Extra conversations are added in packs of 250, and you'll see it in your dashboard before it happens.
How do I pay?
Through your normal Shopify invoice. Monthly plans can be cancelled every month.
How long does setup take?
Install the app, choose your products and MountStudio learns your store. Most stores are ready to test the same day.
Do I need a developer?
No. MountStudio adds itself to your theme. You can change colours, position and tone of voice in the app.
What about privacy?
Your data stays in the EU and is only used to serve your own customers. Customers can always ask for a person instead of the AI.
